Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card up front, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you are never charged.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Vectig isn’t working for you, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full. No retention calls, no justification required. This applies to your first charge on either monthly or annual billing.
3. After the Guarantee Window
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Outside the 14-day window, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, they typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Founding Partners
The founding partner program carries its own guarantees, described on the founding partners page. Where those terms differ from this policy, the founding partner terms apply.
